Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

Free Returns

We offer free returns within Canada and the USA. For international returns, please contact us for instructions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at liquorstoreproducts@gmail.com or call 780-716-2149 with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return, and the box dimensions and weight.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Drop the package off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup (based on the carrier’s options).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for them to process the refund.
  3. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

International Returns
